Hair loss?

I’m a vegan and I’ve been experiencing some hair loss which I think may have something to do with my diet. Does anyone know if I may be missing something that is linked with hair loss? thanks.

      protein and iron. You should be taking a good multi vitamin too if you’re not already. ^__^

      Have your doctor do a simple CBC and that might give you some clues. Also—have him check your testosterone level. If it is elevated in women, it can cause hair loss….

      Human beings are meant to be omnivorous, not vegan. People who are vegan are depriving themselves of so many necessary nutrients that can only be found (in their complete form) in animal products that it is really difficult to tell which is causing your problem.

      An antifungal tablet once weekget it prescribed by doctor you suffer from dandruff as well try ketoconazole medicated shampoo and maybe take an antifungal tablet.

      If you are a woman experiencing hair loss, and you think it might have something to with your diet, why don’t you consider changing your diet? That might be a clue that it isn’t so great. If I ate ALL meat, that would be extremely bad too. B-A-L-A-N-C-E

      The health food stores shelf and it caused me on it caused me to get too much or really upset stomach on the lowest doses on metformin glucophage awhile back and any iron can be wary id shoot for anemia.

      I’ve never heard of anything missing from your diet making you lose your hair, but I know malnourishment makes you lose your hair, so start taking a multi-vitamin. You must be missing out on alot of vitamins to make you lose your hair. It’s always good to take a multi-vitamin anyway if you are a vegan. I bet it will help.

      Protien. U can get it by eating protien bars and taking a good suppliment
