I’ve been pretty clear. I had surgery over 1 year ago, no I have not reached my goal weight but I have come very far. It’s a process.
I’m not “selling” anything. I put this out because it could help people.
There is no way to avoid losing some hair following gastric bypass surgery. But proper nutrition - getting all your vitamins and protein - can help minimize the loss and aid in faster regrowth. Massaging the scalp gets more of those nutrients to the hair root where they’re needed.
