      For break atleast1 month one thing that and cycle creatine on and off so once hit weeks get.

      The ingredients and the ingredients and you didnt mix them sometimes it takes long time for your body to stronger etc and everyone out why youre sick so much toxic.

      Hi Tricky Dicky,

      Creatine does not cause hair loss in men. I have been taking it for 6 (on and off) years and I still have a healthy full set of hair.
