Even if you’re using the best of products?

I’m a 21 year old guy, and I wanna color my jet black hair to medium dark brown. But how bad will the consequences be? I mean, it can’t really be that bad. Don’t people keep coloring their hair all the time?

I’m just worried about hair loss. I haven’t had any, but will coloring initiate it? What ways are there that I can have a healthy colored hair?
